We certainly felt a bit Christmasy today! {Milledgeville Photography}

This morning I did a session with this sweet little girl! Mary Beth brought Allison over from Macon. Let me tell you, it was COLD this morning!! Certainly on the road to Christmas here. We tried some shots outside, but she just wasn't having it. So, I brought them to my home to shoot in my "studio". I use the term very loosely as it's not a designated studio space (try dining room minus the table!), but it works! Very nicely if I do say so myself. These pictures turned out so cute! Thank you for being so easy going, Mary Beth. I hope you enjoy this little preview! And I hope Allison enjoys her candy canes! :)

I have been lucky to meet some really wonderful people since coming to Milledgeville. Even better, many of them have become friends. And in order for me to do a session on Thanksgiving Day, you'd have to be a pretty good friend! :) Lori had been wanting to do a session with her family and the only time we could get both girls home was on Thanksgiving. It really was a no brainer for me...I would eat my Turkey dinner and then shoot through the food coma! lol  The images are beautiful and what better way to remember Thanksgiving Day 2009?
Oh..AND the dogs participated...the cat went into hiding, but the dogs were all ready! Enjoy!

Drew is 1! I can't believe it! {Central GA child photographer}

This morning was another great session with a cutie pie little boy! Drew was my first official newborn (other than my own!). So, it's been great to see him grow up and totally shocking the he's already one!!! I met Jennifer and Jeff at the Jones Co football field to do this session. It was bright, but that grass was super green! Love it! Enjoy this preview while I get caught up!

4 pretty girls {Milledgeville Family Photography}

Yesterday was one of those wonderful crazy days!! After I did the session at the Schoolhouse in Linton, I did a session at Lockerly Arboretum. It was my first time shooting out there and I loved it! It was also the first time meeting these beautiful girls! Morgan, Payton, Ivey and Emma are cousins. I'm sure you can look at them and tell which ones are sisters! They were great, more like awesome, yesterday!! I couldn't have asked for a more cooperative and fun bunch. Thank you, Sally for booking me for this session. I truly enjoyed it! I also enjoyed meeting Farrah and Sassy. Ya'll are one special bunch of ladies.

Today has been wild day!! I started off the day with an awesome shoot out at the Old Schoolhouse in Linton. I'm telling you, it is such a fabulous location!! Awesome fall leaves and a quaint schoolhouse...pretty hard to beat that right now!  The only "issue" we had was the sideways limping dog...poor puppy! He just wanted his pictures done, too! But, aside of that....Christian and Collin were so much fun and very cute! Collin made me work for my shots, but most 2-3 yr old boys do!! I did a quick session today for my sweet in-laws, Sugar and Papa. I'm not ready with those images yet, but I did get these two great images of my precious nephews! I love them so much and Eva thinks they are beyond awesome. Tonight when she said her prayers she said a special prayer for her cousins and her Sugar and Papa...and even for the stinky possum! That girl!!

Finally....the Young's!! Georgia Wedding Photographer

As I said a few posts ago, last weekend I was able to photograph a beautiful wedding in Tifton on ABAC's campus. And a gorgeous reception in Ocilla at The Shoppes at Fourth and Cherry.  We had so much fun with Elizabeth and Jake. I had been waiting to post their preview until they got back from their long awaited honeymoon...but that crazy girl keeps checking in from the boat! lol (You know I love you, girl!)  So, just incase she checks in today, here is her sneak peek!!

Holiday Sessions in Milledgeville THIS SATURDAY!

I had a cancellation for this weekend so I've quickly put together some Holiday Sessions. I plan to go out to the Old School House in Linton, GA. It's a very cute place with lots of room to move around, pretty scenery and most importantly....BATHROOMS!! I learned a while ago that having a potty available is so important when working with kids!

Once again...I'm pretty lucky! {Milledgeville Georgia Photographer}

Today I did a very impromptu shoot for a very dear friend of mine, Kyle Hitchcock. Really, they are like family so it's even odd for me to call her a "friend"! Our kids call her Aunt Kyle ...but anyway! She called me yesterday to see if we could meet up today and shoot some family pics. I'm telling you, photographers work hard making beautiful images for their clients and very often overlook their own families. So, no way could I say no!! Besides, she's done so much for me it was wonderful to be able to return the favor. (I'm no where near caught up though!)  We met up today at the Governor's Mansion. Let me say this...she put together some seriously cute outfits and awesome props between the short time she called me and we actually met up! That's Kyle for ya!  I couldn't help but share a few of this seriously good looking family (yes I am biased, but you can't dispute the truth!).  I couldn't help but edit a few, but the rest are all for Kyle! :) Love ya girl!!

A teeny tiny sneak peek for Jake and Bethanne! {Georgia Wedding Photographer}

Last night I was so lucky to attend and photograph the wedding of a very dear friend. Elizabeth is one of my "Atlanta" friends. She waited patiently to find her perfect match...along came Jake! Their wedding was beautiful and the reception was so much fun! Here's one picture from yesterday. I have alot of images to go through. Website down for revamp!!

Another session with some super cute kiddos! {Milledgeville Photographer}

This afternoon I met Karin and her two cutie pies, Matthew and Neely Kate at the Governor's Mansion. We've tried to do this session a few times so I was really excited to actually have a nice pretty day today. Oh, and Karin and I are related by marriage. She's married to Jon's cousin. One of those crazy things about small town life that is such a blessing. Which, of course, makes these kids super CRAZY cute! I hope you enjoy this little preview of our session today. Today was little miss Addy Grace's reshoot!! She is honestly one of the prettiest little girls I've ever met, but she just wasn't having it during our last shoot. So, thankfully she and her parents were visiting family in Milledgeville this weekend. We met at the Old Governor's Mansion and let me say that she was PRECIOUS!!
